Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos

I placed this in the slow cooker for 6 hours pulled it out and shredded it. I then added 1/2 cup water and sliced a red onion on top and cooked on high for an additional hour. We then topped it with fresh quacamole and cheese and some lettuce This turned out excellent. My 5 year old and 6 year old loved it, it is the only way they have eaten lettuce without throwing up a fit. I couldn't say anything more. Superb

Chewy Granola Bars

These were excellent. I made them with my kids. I was able to leave out any nuts, due to my son being allergic, and they went over great. Better for you and cheaper than buying. Plus they don't have any of those preservatives.

Cinnamon Belgian Waffles

I am horrible at making pancakes and waffles, and these turned out perfect. The hint of waiting until it stopped steaming worked great. The waffles turned out crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

I loved this recipe. It turned out perfect. I did double the marinade to make a sauce with some added chicken broth and corn starch. It was delicious.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef

I made this with some smoked brisket and the recipe for italian dressing mix. It was perfect. I added some chili powder and some red pepper. I also added a fresh jalepeno as well. It was the beest italian beef I have ever had.

Italian Dressing Mix

I made the Italian beef with this as the dressing mix it was perfect. I used some frozen smoked brisket and just threw it in the crockpot. I don't think that I have ever eaten beter leftovers in my life.

White Bean Chicken Chili

I took the advice of the other reviewers and placed 3 frozen chicken breasts in the slow cooker and added the rest of the ingredients. I used tomatoes with chilis instead of tomatillos and the salsa verde. I did omit the corriander and add the 2 tbl. corn starch. This was the best crockpot chili I have ever had. Delicious!

Ham and Beans

I might have messed this up. I put the bean seasoning in with this in the slow cooker and it turned out way way too salty. Next time I will leave the bean seasoning out and see how it turns out.

Best Bruschetta Ever

Very good, I made it for a pot luck dinner we went to. My wife and I were on a strict diet and it was perfect. I took some french bread and sliced it real thin and placed it in the oven to toast. It turned out excellent.

Brunch Strata

This was the best "egg bake" I have ever had. I made it for the guys at the firehouse and they loved it. I didn't make it past breakfast. It rocked I think that it will be my Christmas breakfast from now on.

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

This was just OK. My wife and I ate it and our kids ate it, but it had no zip. My wife said it was to "tomatoey", if that is a word. After we added some jalapenos and some salsa it made it better, but still just OK. I probably won't make it again.

Shredded Beef for Tacos

My 4 year old ate this and he hates EVERYTHING. This was incredibly easy and simple. I used ortega's salsa instead of the mexican tomato sauce(my grocery store didn't have it) and some Pace mild salsa. This was delicious.

Mexican Rice II

Grilled Salmon I

This was one of the best salmon recipes I have ever made. Followed the recipe, and it was delicious. The skin just peeled off and it had a lot of flavor.
