Made this for an Irish-themed dinner and the only problem was that I underestimated its popularity! It was GONE; should've made more. Changes I made: Because the hosts do not eat lamb, I subbed ground turkey. I drained the fat before adding the flour. I added all spices as directed, and used Irish Cheddar in the potatoes. It was delicious! Almost all of the 15-20 kids at the dinner wolfed it down, which makes it a success in my book. Thanks for a great recipe!
