Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

It has quite a few ingredients, but so worth the many new purchases i had to make. This was much better than the upscale curry restaurants i've been to. i just made it a day ago and want to make it again!

Sugar Cream Pie I

True Blue Custard Crunch Pie

Amazing and easy pie! i added a cup of raspberries and doubled the crumb topping and it turned out great! However, i had to double the cooking time because it wouldn't set, but that was my only obstacle.

Orange Loaf

Pizza Dough III

I didn't have a problem with the middle being soggy. I actually had a problem with it being too tough. I took some suggestions and heated my oven to 400 degrees and precooked the dough for about 3 mins then decided i wouldnt mind it being a little soggy. (haha) So i took it out and let it cook for 20 mins, but it was a little tougher than expected. I will try this again.

MMMMM!!! this recipe is way better than any of the other popover recipes on this site! you have to follow the directions though!!! all the popovers were gone in 10 minutes though and i was only feeding my boyfriend and myself!

Passion Bars

Anything with a crumbly crust is good to me especially when it has oats in it. I used both white and chocolate chips and didn't use all the peanut butter mixture. They were amazing!

Bacon Cheese Muffins

I added some chives, sausage, bacon, cheddar & mozzarella cheese, as well as a pinch of cayenne pepper. I also added sour cream and an extra egg to the mixture. They came out sooo moist and not dry at all, but unbelievably delicious!

I got a little carried away when i added the salt to the dish. I'm giving it 5 stars because regardless of how salty the dish was i still wanted to keep eating it. I will make this again, but with less salt next time!

Carrot Zucchini Saute

This was very good especially since i love me some veggies and always have a hard time finding a good side dish. This is a new favorite. I cooked the carrots a little longer because they were still very firm, then at the end i added a little salt and my favorite seasoning mix, Spike.

this was delicious. i liked the flour on the chicken, but you need just a thin layer of it. Other than that it's a keeper and i will definitely make this again.

Mini Cheesecakes I

I made a white chocolate version of this recipe. I melted 3/4 cup of white chocolate chips with a splash of milk over a double boiler and then added them to the cream cheese mixture and they were so yummy! oh ya and i also halved the recipe... i don't have enough people to eat 48 of these guys!

Simple Scones

They were a little more moist than i thought traditional scones should be. One suggestion is if you don't use a food processor make sure you freeze your butter or it'll get too soft in the process. I also doubled the recipe and found out that you need to put your dough in the fridge inbetween baking.

This chocolate chip recipe really is the best in the site. The cookies had little burnt sugar rings around the sides, oh god i nearly lost it when i ate one. sooo good. I used mini reese's cups that I found at trader joe's as a substitute for chocolate chips. Best decision i've made in a long time. My cookies came out so perfect and the firefighters that i gave them away to loved them.
