Huckleberry-Lemon Scones

YUM! The only change I made was using raspberries instead of the huckleberries. These are so light and not overly sweet. I make scones often and these are now on top of my list!!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

These are great! Made them with my two boys today and we all agreed that this is the best pretzel recipe we have tried (we have been experimenting!). I did make the dough in my bread machine - although, you will need to watch it, as the dough is very thick. Not sure all bread machines could handle it.

Pumpkin Cranberry Nut Bread

The bread is GREAT!! I didn't have an orange to add the zest and didn't add the nuts (my kids don't like them) but this still tasted amazing. I just put the cranberry's in whole and added extra ones. This recipe is a keeper!

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake

I made this in a 9x9 pan because I like my coffee cake thicker. I added the topping in the last 15 minutes or so and it was yummy!! Add about 15 minutes for the smaller pan.... One last change... a large splash of cinnamin in the cake batter (thanks to my son).

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

These are really good. Only change I made was use smooth peanut butter because that is all I had. They are best right out of the oven or shortly after.
