About this Cook
Hey there! Im Emily. I have been baking/cooking since i was 11 and still love too! Dont ask me why but i like the smell of things like Christmas trees, apple cider, hot cocoa, autumn/fall, and things baking in the oven. I am a perfectionist but i dont want to be. I love playing in piles of leaves and trying to catch leaves as they fall(from trees). I dont do much sports but i love swimming, bike riding, and Girls on the Run. of course i could go on and on with things like, i dont like using the shift keys, but that would take up my time AND yours so....bye.

Coconut Poke Cake
the best cake i have ever made or tasted!!! there were no 8oz packs of flaked coconut at our walmart so i used a 14oz pack. i measured out a little more than 8oz for the frosting while the cake was baking. then after i took out the cake and poured on the cream of coconut mixture i sprinkled half of what was left and sprinkled on the rest after i frosted the cake i took the cake to a party and it was gone before i could take a picture it was one of those cakes that falls apart so if you arent using a pan that you dump the cake out and it is shaped like something (like an animal etc.) then i suggest leaving it in the pan this cake is great for any celebration or if youre just craving something sweet and is very easy to make p.s. do NOT use whipped topping that is in spray cans it gets VERY watery (i made that mistake :/)

Fun Cookie Suckers
you could make them flower shaped and stick them in cupcakes with green icing and it would be flowers in a pot!

Chocolate Spiders
I saw this recipe and decided to try it for a halloween party at school.A couple parents helped out and just HAD to have the recipe and everyone wanted me to bring in more for chirstmas!!!I think it would be easier to melt the chocolate if when it starts melting add a little hot water...thanks for posting this recipe i'll definetly make it again!!!
