Zucchini Crisp
Excellent recipe though I used most of the modifications suggested. I did reduce the lemon juice, cut out the seeds, increased the spices, added thickening, thought not quite enough, and sure enough, it looks and tastes like apple. My sister even wanted to know what king of apples I used! I loved it and I don't even eat cooked vegetables!
