Cream of Broccoli Soup II

This soup recipe is very good. The only thing different I did was saute the onions and cerlery in a stick of butter and used 1/2 and 1/2 for part of the milk to make it richer.

No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna

What a great idea to use Zucchini slices instead of noodles. My family loved it. I pureed fresh tomatoes from my garden instead of tomatoe sauce and I didn't have too much juice.

Chocolate Wave Zucchini Bread

I love Zucchini bread and I love chocolate, but I didn't think the two complimented each other very well. I'm always trying new recipes but no one in my family cared for this one.
