Tacos in Pasta Shells

Yummy!! I love the crunch of the tortilla chips! I used HOT taco seasoning mix instead of the chili powder to add some heat. I also used ground turkey instead of the beef. I was delicious!!

I love this recipe! I usually make it with bacon and sausage instead of the ham. Usually I cook the meats and egg mixture the night before so all I have to do is assemble the ingredients in the morning. Another tip is to use the shredded cheese in between each layer so that it sticks together and does not seperate when you are trying to slice and serve.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

These are soooo good!! I have made this recipe several times and plan on making it again and again!! I use a red sauce on the bottom and alfredo on the top and add onion and garlic to the stuffing mixture. Other than that, I follow the recipe as is. Try it, you'll be happy you did!!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

These were wonderful!! My boyfriend was a little concerned about the sour cream sauce, but admitted later that he thought they tasted wonderful. I will definitely make these again!!
