Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes
I like the jest of the recipe. As some others mentioned about a bitter aftertaste. I noticed it too, which I think is from the baking powder. 2 tablespoons seems like a lot. I will make these pancakes again using only 2 teaspoons of baking powder. I used 1% milk, no oil applesauce instead. Used fresh blueberries (1 1/2 cups), only two eggs and added some cinnamon & vanilla.

Health Nut Blueberry Muffins
Loved this recipe. I did not have oat bran, so I just doubled the oats. Added an 1/2 cup more of blueberries and 1/2 banana. Left out the oil & nuts (I don't like nuts). And used half brown sugar & half white sugar. My daughter thought they looked green, but that did not stop her from eating them. She really liked them. I did learn today they do not keep very long. (I had made a double batch) Only my one daughter & I were eating them. So after a few days, the muffin today was not good at all!! Next time I'll put them in the fridge in an air tight container. Will be making them again!!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Yummy!! My daughter used this recipe for her apple pis she entered in to our local fair. She won first place in the youth favorite pie category. She did tweak it a little.....added some cinnamon and vanilla. Mixed the apples with the sauce before putting them in the pie. She also made a crumble topping for her pie, just liked it better. Everyone who tasted her pies, she had to make a few to practice, loved them!!!
