Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This recipe is wonderful! The sauce is delicious and my chicken came out very moist and flavorful. I actually added about 1-1.5 extra tablespoons of sugar to the recipe (I was using regular soy sauce, so it helped cut down on some of the saltiness). I covered the chicken with foil and didn't baste every 10 minutes. I just set the oven on 375F, poured the sauce on, cooked for 30 minutes, flipped, basted and cooked for 20 more minutes. I took the foil off and cooked for 5 more minutes. Wonderful!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake
This recipe is great. It's nice, dense, and flavorful. 60 minutes definitely wasn't enough, but I think that 80 minutes was a tad bit too long in my oven. I'll do 75 minutes next time (I definitely plan to use this recipe again). Thanks for sharing!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
Ummm, Wow! I honestly am not a big fan of spaghetti, but I occasionally get in the mood for it so I tried this. It's wonderful! I did change some things though. I made a meat sauce instead of meatballs. I browned the meat with the dried parsely, black pepper, and garlic powder. Then set it aside. I then followed the directions for the sauce. When it was time to add in the meatballs (in my case, sauteed ground beef), I added the meat and other ingredients as directed, plus grated parmesan. I then let everything simmer. No bread crumbs were used at all. The result was savory, italian meat sauce. This is a winner!
