Happy Roast Chicken

Used Chicken Broth instead of the Dry White Wine and it was still very delicious! Very Very Moist!! Will make again!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

It was very moist but it was very bland. I didn't use the foil. I put carrots and potatoes on the bottom. I also added 3 cups of Chicken Stock. If I make again I'll doing something different with the seasonings for sure... although the carrots and potatoes turned out pretty good!

Crawfish Thermidor

Pretty good! I used Chicken Broth instead of White Wine and I used .75lb of Crawfish and .75lb of Turkey Kielbasa without changing anything else and I think the Kielbasas really added to it!

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

I love this recipe and I'm not a meatloaf person. My husband isn't a meatloaf fan either and he still wasn't sold on it but said he would eat it again. I substituted Planko for Bread Crumbs.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

Did the recipe exactly as is except for using flour tortillas instead of corn and I'll stick with the flour. The only thing I will change next time is adding more meat. My husband even loved it.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Really loved the taste. Fast and simple, which is what I like! I cooked for 7 hours on low. I used Pork Loin. I slit the Loin in several places and shoved Garlic down in there. Turned out great!

Cabbage Rolls II

Excellent! Tasted great. The sauce was amazing! The only thing I added was 1/8 tsp garlic powder to the meat and I double the sauce. Next time I might even triple the sauce. I loved it and my husband who doesn't like cabbage even liked it!
