Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2009
Best Chocolate Chip cookie I've made yet, these are even better than the "best big fat chewy chocolate cookie" recipe on allrecipes!!! Made some minor changes like taking other reviewers suggestions and using 2 whole TBSP vanilla! That's all they really needed! They are soft, and delicious and wonderful! The vanilla pudding mix doesn't compromise the flavor either!!! Definitely recommend! Will keep in my recipe book forever!!

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
Great recipe! Perfect amount for 1 deep dish pie. I would probably wait 5 or 10 minutes after putting the pie in @ 350 before I put the streusel on because it did get just a bit too brown. Make sure you cover the edges of your pie crust also because those will burn quickly with this recipe! Other than that it was beautiful, easy and delicious! Will make again! Thanks for the great recipe!!

Cream Cheese Crust

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
L-O-V-E-D this crust! I refrigerated it for about 15 minutes before rolling it and even then it was VERY fragile. But it's quite easy to patch up holes or just push the crust into the dish... I added 1/4 cup powdered sugar (don't use reg. white sugar because it will turn out sticky) And even though I used salted butter I still added about 1/4 tsp. salt, and about 1/4 tsp of baking powder for a little extra rise! It came out perfect! MUCH better tasting than most other pie crust recipes!! This is my go to pie shell recipe from now on, thank you SO much Cathy!!

My puppy LOVED these! They were really easy to make, I used my hands to mix everything and knead it together so there wasn't much water used. I baked the FULL 45 minutes so they came out great and crunchy! Will definitely keep making them for my puppy!!

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2009
YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM! These cookies are decadent and delicious! So easy and quick to make and SO good! I followed other reviewer's suggestions and used just under 2 cups sugar but they were still very sweet so next time I will go 1.5 cups! I also brought to a rolling boil and boiled 2 minutes and the cookies still came out soft so maybe even 2.5- minutes will be better next time. Thanks for the great recipe!

Cream Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
This cake is wonderful! I didn't have heavy whipping cream on hand so I just used Table Cream (18% MF).. The taste is lovely and they're very light and airy.. Would've liked them to have been more moist but I did use the recipe for cupcakes.. They only took 19 minutes in the oven! Will keep making!!!

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2010
O-M-G! Are these ever delicious!! I took other reviews suggestions and added 1 TBSP sour cream & 1.5 TBSP brewed coffee and added both to the wet mixture. The dough was easier to handle than I expected! I didn't have leftover peanut balls -- I flattened out the dough with the palms of my hand, placed the pb ball in the center and while still holding it in place flipped my hands over, let the dough drape over the entire ball and pinched off the excess dough. Then I just rolled them to make smoother! This made it easy to work with!!! I'm VERY impressed with this recipe! oh and btw don't cut the sugar, use the amount directed-- they are perfection if you're a chocolate/PB fanatic like me!! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Mini Cheesecakes I

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
For the small amount of ingredients required this deserves more than 5 stars! Quick, simple and SO delicious! I used a 400 gram tub of smooth cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp Vanilla, 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice and half a cup of splenda! A little more healthy and divine! If you are hesitant to try this, don't be! It doesn't compare to real purist cheesecake but it's not bad for being so easy and quick!!!! GIVE THIS A TRY!
