Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2013
My husband loved this and my son loved this! I thought it a little bland. So at the dinner table i added some special pasta mix seasoning. And then it was to my liking. So overall, great recipe! It made enough leftovers for two nights.

Quick and Easy Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2012
This was very good. I have made this several times and its pretty hard to screw this up. I did make it exactly as is the first time and the taste was great but it was NOT enough sauce. Please, Please triple the sauce! Serve over rice and you have a wonderful dinner recipe!

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
I'm sorry i couldnt give this a higher rating. It just tested liked melted chocolate chips. Which wasn't the taste i wanted for a glaze. Too strong! To recover from this recipe i added 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and a large scoop of peanut butter. It covered up the strong chocolate taste. Im sorry.

Rich and Creamy Beef Stroganoff

This was excellent! I was too tired last night to measure everything but i put all the ingredients in with a general idea of measurements. It was seriously fantastic! Good beefy taste my husband prefers with his Stronganoff. Thank You!

Almond-Crusted Halibut Crystal Symphony

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
This was absolutely the best gourmet dinner i have ever made. I have never received THAT many compliments and praise from one meal. I am by no means an expert so this is coming from personal opinion. I did not sieve the sauce. I just removed the bay leafs and left the shallots in there. For one I didn't have one and two didnt see personally why i would take out the shallots? So if you want to skip that step feel free because this recipe is TOP NOTCH! Agree with other posters. Prepare everything in advance. I put every step in separate bowls and it helped big time! Add rice and DOUBLE the sauce!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
Made this for my grandma's 75th birthday party. I made 4 of these that day. The first two i did exactly as stated. The last two i put the sauce mixture inside the pie before putting the top on. We all preferred the sauce inside so the exterior sauce didn't burn. This is the best APPLE PIE recipe ever. Huge hit from women who baked all their lives.

Very good! Definitely not enough sauce. I even doubled the sauce like suggested. I should have quadrupled the sauce.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
I personally would have given this recipe two stars. I personally did not like this. The recipe was simple to make. However, my husband who proclaims he hates coconut loved this chicken. Which is why i give it more stars. I suppose its all about preference!
