About this Cook
I'm the only girl in my family (besides my mom) so I have four brothers and my dad. I like playing soduko and watching investigatory (?) shows (for example...The Mentalist, Castle, White Collar...) ok, to food...My dad is the chef in our family but he has kinda rubbed off on me. Now I'm beginning to take on more of the dinners! AR has really helped me find foods my picky brothers will eat!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every year we go to Grandma's for Christmas, Easter, 4th of July ect. My Grandma is an awesome cook! My favorite desserts she makes are Green Stuff and Cherries in the Snow!
My cooking tragedies
My friend and I were making Lemon Pound Cake and usually it turns out light and delicious! But one time we forgot to fold in the egg whites and it didn't turn out the way it should, sad day... =(

Campbell's(R) Green Bean Casserole
Loved it but I would have given it 4 stars but the leftovers were very soggy and I had to add more onions... but if you eat it all for dinner it is a really great recipe!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
I gave this 5 stars becuase this recipe ROX!!! It was so quick and easy! I was apprehensive about making it but all my fears vanished when my family said they loved it!! I was counting on having leftovers for 3 days but we finished it off at dinner the next day! No question about it, this is definately a keeper!!!!

Peanut Butter Bars I
This is a good recipe but could be better. Unfortunately, I didn't have any grahm crackers so I supstituted it. It still turned out well but it was very rich. Overall a 4 star recipe that I will definately keep :)
