Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak
Although I haven't tried this recipe for Pepper Steak, I know it's good because I have been using a recipe given to me by (working chefs) family members, and it's very similar. The only exceptions are: you can use any type of beef you want, tomato puree, worcestershire, beef broth, canned Chinese vegetables and canned mushrooms (you can add fresh if desired).
It takes a little time to balance the sauce(soy, worcestershire and puree) which is later thickened with a cornstarch slurry.
