High Altitude Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2012
Very good, I used peanut butter chips instead of chocolate. Will make again.

Classic Creamy Coleslaw

I have made this slaw twice now, and can't get enough! The garlic powder gives it a savory taste that is to die for. I have started using the dressing for macaroni salad, too. Thanks Martha!!

Waffles II

Nice and puffy and easy to make, but slightly bland. Next time I'll add a little vanilla and some sugar.

Belgian Waffles

Yahoo! I'm a terrible baker when using yeast recipes, but this recipe is flawless. Other than making my batter the night before, I followed the recipe as written.

One hour bake time was a bit too long. Tasty gravy.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
These were soooooo good, made exactly as the recipe stated. I did use one reviewer's tip and beat the shortening/butter/sugar for an extra long time (5 minutes total). This is my new fave chocolate chip cookie recipe.

Cheesecake Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
I used it following my brownie mix's instructions for cake-like brownies. Maybe if I used the fudge-like recipe (I think the difference is in the amount of eggs) it would have turned out a little better. They tasted better cooled than warm out of the oven

Super Scrambled Eggs Number One

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
Yum! I am lazy, so I used pre-cooked bacon and chopped it, then sauteed it with the onions for a few minutes. Drained all of it on a paper towel while I cooked the eggs just until they started to bubble, then added back in. Waited until eggs were almost fully cooked before adding cheese. Definitely found my new way to make scrambled eggs!

World's Best Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2009
Too sweet. After reading other reviews, I just gradually added in the dressing, and it was still a little overpowering. It tastes exactly like the stuff you can buy at the store, and for a couple of hours of prep, I was expecting something a little more unique.
