Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

Prepared exactly as written. These get better each day in the frig. Chewy and satisfying. Next time, I will add walnuts.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

Yummy. Good thick, light crust. Suggest doubling gravy. I served with hashbrowns and broccoli. Apple slices would be nice compliment. Beware! I burned the holy livin' day lights out of the roof of my mouth. That crust really holds in the heat.

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

This is yummy. Makes fantastic tex-mex style meat for burritos, tacos, or any sort of wrap. It tastes like the shreaded meat served in the better mexican restaurants. I didn't change a thing. Used Texas Pete hot sauce.

Easy and Delicious Chicken

Excellent. I will definitely prepare again. Substituted neufchatel for cream cheese and used 98% fat free cream of chicken. Heated the soup, broth and "cream cheese" on stove so as to blend, then added it to the crock. I served this over cooked cheese tortellini. It reminded me of chicken and dumplings.., but better.
