About this Cook
I am a college student studying psychology and math and plan to become a teacher someday. I enjoy eating as well as cooking and having a good time with family as well as friends even when it is through food.
My favorite things to cook
I am Italian so one of my favorite things to eat is pasta and pizza.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Me and my family cook a lot of Italian food but I would be up for making just about anything. My family does the Sunday Tradition and we make pizza every Friday and its just delicious.

Chocolate Mousse
I made this dessert for my parents 25th wedding anniversary and they both could not believe how good it was. The coffee liquor adds a great flavor that complements the chocolate and the vanilla extract adda a good contrast to the overall product to enhance the flavor of the chocolate. I would definitely make this again and I recommend it to anyone.

Strawberry Soup II
This recipe was awesome. I invited my family over for dessert. I made this for them and they thought it was extremely tasty. I wish I made more.

Hot Pizza Dip
This recipe is awesome. I made this for a second grade class and everyone loved it. Not only did the teacher ask me for the recipe, but the teacher's students also asked me for the recipe. Instead of pizza sauce, I added marinara sauce and it actually turn out better than when I first used pizza sauce in the original recipe.
