Aw-some Cole Slaw

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
This was good eatin'! I'm not a coleslaw fan, but this converted me. I cut the sugar in half, left out the onions, added an extra tablespoon of vinegar and at the advice of another reviewer, I added two tablespoons of sesame oil. Oooh this is so good! Everyone loves it.

Best London Broil Ever!

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
This tasted sooo good and was soooo easy to make! I took some users advice and used diced tomatoes instead of the stewed tomatoes. I also added soy sauce and cut onions. Delicious!!! This is a keeper.

Uncooked Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2010
I was craving banana pudding, but was not willing to make it from "scratch" like my mom always did. This recipe is awesome! I did not use 5 oz of pudding mix, I used 2 oz and it was still very thick. I took it to work the next day and everyone asked me for the recipe. It was so good. I will make this again and again.

Baked Ziti III

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
I made a few changes but I loved this recipe. I exchanged the sour cream for ricotta cheese and exchanged the provolone for cheddar cheese and it turns out great every time. I added minced garlic and diced green peppers to the beef. Everyone raved about it and always ask me to bring it to get togethers.

Jewish Grandma's Best Beef Brisket

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
Thank you! I'm a new cook and I bought a rump roast cut 'cuz I didn't know the difference, but I cooked per instructions and it came out perfect!! It was so easy I'll make this again and again. I reduced the left over juices and added a little cornstarch to thicken as a gravy. I'm getting rave reviews. Thanks so much.

Marinated Chuck Roast

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
Thank you for this recipe, it was a great hit! I had a 2.6 lb chuck steak and I doubled the recipe. I allowed the meat to marinate 24 hrs and then baked it in the oven with the marinade until the meat was falling apart. It was tasty and tender and I will definately make again.

Easy Almond Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2009
So simple and easy! I first seasoned the chicken with Mrs. Dash and minced garlic. Then I pan seared it. I poured the evaporated milk and soup mixture over the chicken and baked covered for an hour. I crushed the almonds and sprinkled over the cooked chicken. Everyone loved it!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2009
Thank you for this recipe! I just moved into my own home and cooking is brand new to me. I was craving some good ole mac and cheese and this recipe was perfect! I followed everything except I used evaporated milk, two eggs and Mrs. Dash as seasoning (not keen on salt). I mixed it up while it was baking because all of the mixture had settled to the bottom. I also kept it covered. It tasted so good! Next time I would add more cheese.
