Boneless Buffalo Wings
These are always a hit when I bring them. Everyone asks for the recipe - too bad I can't claim it as my own. With three large breasts I have to 3x all the flour mixture items and 2x the sauce/butter mixture. And I usually serve this as an appetizer or finger-type food at parties and 3 large breasts is usually enough to feed at least 5-7 people perhaps even more, depending on how much other food options there are.

Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust
My husband told me last night that it was the crust that really made my pie. I used 1 1/2 cups of butter and 1/4 cup of margarine because that's what I had and it turned out wonderfully! I've heard when using butter to grate it into the flour while it's still frozen and to work quickly. The crust was flaky and very yummy. I will definitely use this one again! Thanks!!

Sour Cream Gooseberry Pie
This was a good pie but the sour cream just didn't seem right in it. I'm sure it's excellent for those who are used to sour cream pies but this just wasn't the pie for me. I used about 2 1/2 cups of berries like other reviewers had suggested and crushed about 1/2 of the berries before adding the sugar. I think this helped mix the flavors together but overall I wasn't a big fan of the sour cream.
