Absolutely delicious. I am recently unemployed so have been doing more cooking at hime, and thought I had bought a spaghetti squash, so needed to find a recipe quick for butternut squash and other things I already had in my kitchen. This was easy, tasty and my boyfriend loved it. And he hates squash. I had to use breadcrumbs because I didn't have the crackers - but it was still good. Definitely going to try to Thanksgiving.
