I made these for our superbowl party. Very easy, no fuss at all! I took a previous reviewers advice and only used 3 lbs. of meatballs. They were a bit hit, a nice change from the more common tomato-based sauces. I will definately make these again.

Burrito Pie

I made this for my son's basketball team. Should have made two casseroles as they devoured the one in no time! This is a great recipe, easy to put together and a big hit with teenage boys! Thanks Kathi.

Easy Streusel Coffee Cake

This cake was stayed moist for days. The batter was very thick. We loved the cocoa in the struesel. I added a powdered sugar glaze. My family loved this. I will definately make it again.
