Left out the raisins and did not do the topping and it was still great. As with all things zuch. it is super moist.

Jaeger Schnitzel

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
I left the pork whole and when done, addded a little butter and white wine and sauteed the mushrooms before adding the gravy mix. I will not use as much water as the gravy recipe called for next time to thicken it up just a bit. Wine is key to making this five star! Used Pinot Grigio.

Easy Tomato-Basil Pizza

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2011
This was quite tasty, especially with fresh basil and tomatos from the garden. I added some thin sliced red onion which was a plus and used frozen pizza dough, which was not great for this recipe. I probably used to much of the cooking creme, 1 tub of it will cover two pizzas I believe.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2009
I have made this several times with different herbs. Thyme is the best. Be careful not to marinate too long.

Garlic-Cilantro Scrambled Eggs

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2009
I really enjoyed it, using home grown cilantro (very strong) and extra parmesan. Others that I shared it with liked it but were not as excited about it as myself, as they were not big cilantro fans. If you like cilantro you gotta try this!
