Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake
I made this last night almost exactly as written (I only had a few strips of red and yellow pepper-no green, I probably used slightly more than a "pinch" of cinnamon and cloves and I put a potato layer in the middle). We thought it was really good. Last night for supper I thought that I had used too much cloves but today the leftovers at lunch tasted perfect. My 3 year old didn't like it but that was not too surprising as he doesn't like a lot of meat. My husband is generally a picky eater and he had seconds.

Chicken Scampi II
Made this as written plus an extra squirt of lemon juice, served over linguine noodles. Delicious! Also had steamed broccoli and ended up mixing the two together on my plate. An easy and fast weeknight recipe-a definite recipe box keeper!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
I have now made this twice without realizing it. I was searching for a chicken pot pie recipe yesterday and just did a search without looking in my recipe box and decided to make this one. When I went to put it in my recipe box today I realized it was already there and I had rated it 4 stars last year. I can't remember what I did last year but I do remember thinking it was a little rich. I said the exact same thing last night while eating it for supper. I do add some poultry seasoning and it may be that I just use too much. Or maybe it is just a rich-tasting dish. Regardless, it does taste very good and is easy to put together. This time I used leftover chicken from one I roasted last week with oranges and rosemary. I added 2 cubed potatoes and doubled the sauce part which ended up filling my pie plate to the brim and having enough to fill a small round Pampered Chef stone dish. I added 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning to my doubled sauce ingredients. I will make again but try tweaking my seasonings just a little; however, the richness did not stop neither my husband nor me from eating 2 helpings :) My 4 year old did not like it but that wasn't terribly surprising.
