Spiced Pecans
Delish! Changed recipe according to my taste and oven temp. Used cardamom (instead of clove), used just a pinch of nutmeg as I feel it can highjack the flavor profile of an entire dish if not careful, and added cayenne.Baked at 300 for 20 minutes. Mixed 2 cups pecans to 1 cup cashews. Also used reviewers advice of turning the nuts every 5 minutes. Very addictive, will be a go-to snack for parties and hostess gifts. Great recipe, thank you!

Marinade for Chicken
Quick and easy marinade. I was only able to marinate for 5 hours. I am certain that it would have benefited from more time. I am taking the advice of another reviewer who has suggested that this would be a great marinade for steak. Having tasted it with chicken, I completely agree. The Worchestershire sauce is what made me think that this might even be a better pairing with steak. We shall see!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw
I have made this several times and always get compliments. It is super easy to make and cheaper than buying a creamy coleslaw at a deli counter. I substitute rice wine vinegar and use celery seed. I also add the sugar to taste as I find using the full amount is a bit too sweet.
