I normally don't like eating cantaloupe but this drink makes it so refreshing and delicious! This would be a good summer refreshment.

Delicious and it's good cold, too! I added some diced celery for an extra crunch and next time I think I'll add carrots too.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2010
I wish I had found this recipe sooner! I was skeptical at first but it's so easy to make and it tastes like it came out of a jar. I used extra garlic and sautéed sliced mushrooms with the onion. I definitely will be making this more often!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2010
Delicious! Instead of using fresh berries I used frozen ones(just let them sit until they thaw out) and opted not to use sugar. The sweetness from the cinnamon tortilla chips paired with the fruit (with some fruit preserves mixed in) was perfect. I also added diced banana which was a nice addition to the fruit medley. Also, try using the fruit salsa as a topping over plain yogurt if you have any leftover. Yum!
