Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Sorry guys, ewe, just ewe. The chops were dry, the sauce was too strong and no, I didn't change anything except what was widely suggested. Total waste of my time and thick center cut pork chops.

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

Caution, this recipe is HOT! It caught my wife and I completely off guard and ruined what could have been a great dish. If you're into self flaggelation then this is the dish for you! I personally don't enjoy meals that require chasers of Demerol to ease the burning in my mouth. I gave it one star due only to the fact that the author should have warned people about the spicy nature of the dish.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

World's Best Lasagna

I have to agree, this is pretty good. There are a few suggestions that I'd make though, first take the sausage out of the sleve before cooking, second add a full tsp of fennel seeds, third add more riccota. Other than that this recipe is excellent.
