Ground Beef Stroganoff

Loved this recipe. I read the reviews before hand and added more liquid. I used 1 cup of sour cream plus a cup of heavy cream. This made it nice and creamy. I also added worcestershire to the meat for more flavor. This is a keeper!

Oatmeal Pancakes I

These were great. My family loved them and I have made them several times already. They are very light and fluffy. I took the recommendations and only added 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal and I added fresh blueberries. So yummy!!
