Jagerschnitzel
This was great, and hubby said it was just like he remembered from Germany! I even subbed dried chopped onion for fresh (cut into the one I bought and it was no good), just added it to the water/boullion to simmer and it worked great. I bought schnitzel cut pork so I didn't have to do the work myself and it really made this recipe easy!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
This made the most amazing turkey! I brined my turkey overnight first, then followed the recipe. I was a little worried it might end up too salty when I forgot to cut the salt content of this recipe after brining, but it was perfect! The only thing I did differently was to also add a couple of tablespoons of butter under the skin of each leg. So easy, no basting required and my small family devoured the entire turkey! Will try making a larger bird next time so we might actually have some leftovers!

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares
Great tasting! I tripled the recipe for a party, but only doubled the amount of ranch and that was plenty.
