Fruit Pizza I
This was fantastic! Adults and kids loved it so much that we all had seconds! I had to stop my 4-year old daughter from getting a third slice! It's also easy to make: my 9-year old daughter made it, with only some slight directive help. We didn't use cream of tartar, since we didn't have it, and it was fine. We used strawberries, blueberries, and bananas, and the presentation was beautiful!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
This is a great recipe! The turkey was very moist and tender! However, it was a little bland. I followed some of the reviewers' suggestions, and rubbed the turkey with olive oil and added two tbsps of butter and extra olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan. I also sprinkled some salt and garlic powder on the turkey. The taste olive oil and butter added a great taste to the turkey. However, it was a little bland. I now have added more salt, rosemary (1/2 tsp), and thyme (1/2 tsp), and it tastes perfect! My wife and two daughters (8 and 3 yrs old) loved it, which makes me very happy (my oldest daughter tends to be a picky eater!).

Healthy Banana Cookies
These are great cookies! I used dried strawberries instead of dates and 1/2 of apple sauce instead of the oil, so I made them even healthier! They are very nice and smooth; they just don't look or taste like a regular cookie, so cookie lovers will be disappointed, like my wife and kids. I think that many cookie lovers expect either a chocolaty or sugary taste, and these will be left with the feeling that something is missing. But I am amazed that you can actually fix cookies without butter, flour, shortening and, most amazingly, sugar! These are actually good for you!!! You can eat them not only without a guilty feeling, but knowing that these are good for your health: full of vitamins and antioxidants!
