The best chocolate frosting I have ever had!! You will see the cake I made in my photos. I needed a chocolate color for a teddy bear cake I made for my son's first birthday. It is the perfect consistency for piping and decorating, but even better...It is so GOOD!

Key Lime Pie VIII

Fantastic! I read reviews prior to making so I cut down on the lime zest and used already bottled lime juice and decreased that amount a little too. I also put in a graham cracker crust. I am big on presentation so I piped whip cream around the edges and lightly sprinkled with lime zest. I made it for my husband for Father's Day and it was fabulous on a hot summer day! Will for sure make again. It went fast!!

Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

I made this side dish with my own spin. I blanched the asparagus then wrapped with Prosciutto. Drizzled with olive oil, salt/pepper, then sprinkled seasoned bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. I broiled in the oven until lightly crisp and brown. It was a hit!

Pretty Chicken Marinade

A hit with my family. I marinated for 4 hours and used fresh, minced garlic. The flavor was amazing and I loved the smoked flavor the Liquid Smoke gave it! Very easy amd very delicious...great for summer grilling.
