Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
this is the first time i made peanut butter fudge. I did follow some of the reviews that said let sugar mixtures boil for 7 minutes without stirring, i admit i did stir 2x just to make sure it didnt stick. I let fudge cool at room temp. over nite, and cut into squares next morning, absolutely delicious, a little sweet so next time i think i may only use 3 cups of white sugar instead of 4, and will add chopped dry roasted peanuts, other than than a very excellent receipe that i will be making again soon.

Upside Down Pumpkin Cake
this is one cake receipe i wont bother to make again. got receipe from a friend, made it and it just was too mushy, however she neglected to tell me it had to be inverted once done. Even so it wasnt a real crowd please with the family. Not sure what the other reviewers did to score it in the 5 range, but for me its a thumbs down. :(

Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Delight
Made this receipe tonight after I told my 11 year old twins about it, who by the way both love cinnamon and sugar. We made a taste test out of it. Made the receipe but browned the tortillas instead of microwaving. Then I browned the tortillas until they were golden brown and less pliable, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, cut them with a pizza cutter and topped with whip cream. This was a total BIG HIT!!! YUM!!! however when the tortillas plump up you have to put a slit in them to let out the air so be careful.
