Pork and Cabbage Soup

Hubby and kids really liked this soup. Added some carrots for color. Was yummy and hit the spot on a cold night. Served with beer bread.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Very good! I used low fat cheddar and cottages cheeses and sour cream, with great results. My husband really liked this style of mac and cheese said it was the best that Ive made. Will make many more times in future.
