Gingerbread Biscotti
I substituted molasses with honey; the first bake took 19 min, and for the second I put them on a rack, so they only need 5 min once. Glazed with powdered sugar mixed with fresh orange juice. They came out spectacular, next time though, I might add an extra half tablespoon of ginger.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
I made this randomly when i invited a couple of people over for birthday, and now i make it all the time. I marinade the chicken in milk, balsamic vinegar, some lemon juice and spices for a couple of hours beforehand. I also add around a teaspoon of lemon zest to the filling. Always turns out soft and amazing.
