This was delicious, I used boneless chops because we dont care for the bone-in, other than that I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. Even my 1 year old son ate a bunch of it. Pork chops were tender. I served it over white rice and would recommend this to everyone.

This was VERY bland! The only reason it got 3 stars is because my 1 1/2 year old son ate alot of it. I didnt think it was too salty like others said but it was just bland.

This was delicious!! I followed the recipe almost exactly- the only difference was I used italian diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano because I didnt have the one specified. Also I used 5 cloves of fresh garlic and minced it up. I think it could have used even more than that. Otherwise I followed everything and it turned out wonderful, My hubby loved it and my 1 year old ate a good amount of it too! It was a good way to sneak a veggie into him. I recommend this to everyone to try and will definatly make this again and again. Thanks for the recipe.

This was great!!! I used chicken broth instead of water and also added the chicken boullion cubes. I added garlic, because I put fresh garlic in just about everything I make. (about 4 cloves minced). The only kind of ham hocks sold at the store are smoked, but it gave this such a great flavor. Also they didnt have much meat on them either, so as other reviewers suggested, I put a smoked sausage cut up in at the end, it came out good. I think I will try other suggestions and use a ham bone too. This was great. Will make againg and again. Thanks for the recipe.

DELICIOUS!!!! Made this earlier tonight and my hubby came in and said it smelled really good, it did! The only thing I added was 4 cloves of fresh minced garlic. We loved it and our 1year old son ate some too. Thanks so much for the recipe. Will definitely be making this again.

very delish! made a couple of minor changes: used spicy sausage because we like it, used tortellini because i was craving tortellini, and i had to add a lot of parm. to the sauce b/c it looked so runny in the pan. it was very good. thanks for the recipe!

Best Recipe Ever!! I found this recipe years ago on this website before i was a member. It was emailed to me today in my daily dish, (now im a member) so I thought that I would come one here and tell everyone how great it is. My husband loves it and requestes it often. It also works with just about any kind of pork, sometimes i just dont have a tenderloin and will use chops. I make it just as the directions say, and it is perfect everytime. I love this and so does my husband. anyone who has been a guest when i have made this has raved. Im sure i will be making this forever. I recommend this to EVERYONE!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE RECIPE!!

This was Delish! My husband and I both loved this, and my 1yr old son ate it too! I made a couple of changes. I used boneless/skinless ckn breasts and cut them into bite size pieces. I used green olives b/c I didnt have black ones. I think it added great flavor. Also I omitted the mushroom b/c I dont eat them. I served this with spanish rice, (the kind that you add a can of tomatoes to) and it complimented the dish wonderfully. will definitely make again.

five stars is not enough. i loved this. i will double the recipe next time. i followed other reviewers advice and i used long grain and wild rice and also used the spice packet. and i used one can of beef broth b/c thats what i had. i also covered it with tin foil. it was soooooo good, thanks sooo much for this recipe. i will make this many many more times.

this was a very delicious recipe. i used grape jelly because thats what i had. it turned out great. i also used boneless skinless chicken breasts. my husband and i really enjoyed this and will make again. thanks

Delicious! i loved it and my husband loved it. i followed some of the other reviews and added butter and mustard to try to thicken it up, it never thickened up but it didnt matter it was soooo good. i put it over egg noodles. will make this again for sure.
