Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Excellent veggie burgers. I followed the reviews and made sure the beans and chopped veggies were really dry before I mixed them. I also dry sauted the veggies and garlic a bit before mixing them in. I like thin burgers so I got five nice big ones from this recipe. Really, really delicious. Much better than Morningstar Burgers and a lot less expensive! These are on my regulars list.

Hot and Spicy Tofu

This is one FABULOUS dish....I served it over soba noodles. Fresh, spicy, and totally delicious. A keeper recipe! I can't wait until lunch tomorrow to eat the remainder and I can't wait to make this recipe again in the near future.
