Wedding Cake Icing

I did not like this icing at all. I followed the directions exactly, mixing very little after adding the remaining powdered sugar. The only additional mixing I did was when I stirred in some color. The icing was not stable at all and started separating, and it did not taste good either. Even my 9 and 5 year old boys, who love icing, did not eat this. At the time, it was easier for me to check online than hunting through my recipes for my usual icing, but from now on I will take the time!

Salisbury Steak

I have been making this recipe for about 2 years now and my entire family loves it. It is very simple and quick. I cut back a little on the Worcestershire sauce and I flip the steaks over halfway through their 20 minute cooking time. I have also made this with ground turkey and it comes out just as good. The meat will be wetter, so you have to add some extra breadcrumbs. Family favorite!!

Golden Chili Chicken

I made this recipe because it was so easy and quick, but I didn't really care for the results. The kids ate it fine and my husband liked it, but I thought it was very bland. I was hoping to taste the orange juice, but all you could really taste was the chili powder. May try this again, but with some additional ingredients like orange marmalade or frozen orange concentrate.
