Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2014
I did not change anything and it was great! I sprayed a glass baking dish with Pam and had no problems. I layered exactly how the recipe says. Used "tomato, onion, and garlic" flavored sauce. it was GREAT.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
I like this dish. I added in a whole chopped bell pepper. Mine came out a little runny, I didn't have the problem of it being dry. I think it might be better if you layered the ingredients rather than mixed them all together

Frosted Banana Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
VERY good! It was more like a cake, but that is what I wanted. I used 3 large bananas to make the flavor very strong! I also used less butter and sugar (because I was running out) and it still tasted awesome!

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
I made this with black beans, added some taco seasoning to the chicken while it was cooking, used enchilada sauce instead of salsa. I also added mexican corn and a can of green chiles and it was very good !!! Don't add the cheese until the end or it will get too brown

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
I thought this was just "OK". I added frozen broccoli and peas just to add some veggies, which I think made it better. I used the full amount of cream cheese and it was VERY thick, so I would reccomend less CC and add some more liquid. It had a good flavor just a little too thick for me
