Didn't feel like measuring so used half sick butter, 2 bags mini marshmallows, 2 bags microwave popcorn. Melted butter then added the marshmallows and melted (added a couple shakes of raspberry flavored jello)then dumped in the bags of popcorn. Oiled my hands with Pam, rolled into balls...10 min. Total!!! So stinken good :-)

Vegetarian Cottage Cheese Patties

These were awesome, they sound so weird, but I was curious. Even my teenage son liked em'. Since I don't eat meat I didn't have anything to compare them with, but my son said they reminded him of chicken fried steak. Will keep on making em'. I will use one more can of crm. of mush. soup next time.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

These were so easy and good. I cut into 36 small pieces and made clover leaf rolls, (so pretty) I had some dough left over so I used it to make 12 mini cinnamon rolls. My teenager loved em' and shared with all his buddies.

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

These were good,you definitely need to blanch them first. Followed recipe, next time I will add some salt to the mix they needed more flavor. Make sure you have a lot of time to spare because these babies take a while.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I have never been a fan of peanut butter cookies, even thought I consider peanut butter to be its own food group, but these were sooo good.Followed the recipe to a T.The only difference is I baked for 9 min.

Garlic Red Potatoes

Combined all ingredients exactly as written the only difference was I put them in foil and threw them on the grill (too hot to cook inside right now) They were good but nothing to write home about.
