Figs with Goat Cheese, Pecans and Bacon

These were wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly, using another reviewers suggestion and lightly frying bacon. The only change I made was to top with a little fresh cracked black pepper before broiling. I served these with a nice bottle of Tempranillo.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Could this be any easier? Out of necessity I had to make ONE change. I was out of fresh basil, so I substituted fresh baby spinach. I also added halved, fresh red and yellow grape tomatoes after I stirred in the spinach and Parmesan cheese. This will be a 'go to' recipe for sure and the simplicity of it allows for endless modifications to suit everyone's families likes. Thank you for sharing DODIEPAJER!!

Ali's Green Sauce

This was wonderful! I made it for a mexican fiesta that we had here. Several of our guests proclaimed that it was better than than served at our favorite mexican restaurant here - wonderful compliment. I could not find green tomatoes so I just used all tomatillos. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for sharing.
