Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

I made this for the kids(while they were at school) but it smelled so good I had to eat some before it even cooled!! Tasted AMAZING! I also only used 2 cups flour (instead of 2 1/4) and 1 extra teaspoon vanilla. I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi sweet...I'm sure they're both just as tasty :)

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I followed the recipe EXACTLY and it's perfect! Depending on the shape of the cookie and thickness the baking time has to be adjusted. Mine baked anywhere between 4 and 8 minutes. If the dough gets a little too soft, just sprinkle some flour on your work surface. Definitely keeping this recipe in the family! Thanks :) You can also add another teaspoon of almond extract to give it more flavor.
