German Apple Cake I
This was really yummy, though I thought it was a little too sweet, I also think the recipe needed some nuts, but that's just my opinion. Next time I make this (and I will make it again) I'll try reducing the amount of sugar and adding some chopped nuts to the mix. I used turbino sugar for this recipe which gave it a really great flavor.

Cider Cheese Fondue
I tried the recipe exactly as written here but the cheese was very stringy and the cider did not incorporate into the cheese at all. After about 30 min in the slow cooker, the cheese got clumpy. I'm not sure where I went wrong with this recipe, but it didn't work at all for me.

Company Couscous
I followed the recipe as written and thought it was pretty bland. Couscous definitely needed to be cooked in chicken stock, but not sure if that would have fixed the problem.
