Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Great cookie. I doubled the recipe and stored the extra dough in the fridge for a few days. It was super quick and easy to whip up a few cookies when I felt the need!

This was my first time using my pressure cooker, and I was feeling a bit nervous about it. This, however, came out great. I actually wound up skipping the potatoes completely, and using about 2.75 lbs of stew beef instead. It was fabulous, and I will add the potatoes next time!

Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Very good. My boyfriend loved them. One of the other reviewers wrote that these are "too sweet". The pastry part actually isn't that sweet, it's the date filling. So if you don't like sweet, just spread on a thinner layer of the filling.

Scones

This recipe was great. My family told me the scones "were better than store bought". I add lemon juice to the dough, a few slices of fresh strawberries, and spinkled cinnamon sugar both before and after baking. Really turned out excellent.
