Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2008
Made it this morning...AWESOME! I did make a few modifications as others have suggested - used Texas Toast spread with 1 block of softened cream cheese and doubled the blueberries. Definitely will make again.

Blueberry Gelatin Mold

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2005
I didn't care for this much, but I'm still giving it 4 stars because I did not follow the recipe as stated - I used frozen blueberries instead of canned - big mistake. I would HIGHLY recommend using the canned blueberries; my store was out so I substitued frozen and frankly, yuck. I might try this again, but I will follow the recipe exactly.

Corn Casserole III

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2005
Very good, but it took alot longer to bake then the recipe said for me. I ended up baking almost an hour at 350 degrees. I was using a 1 1/2 Qt. Corning ware casserole, so maybe that had something to do with the long cook time.

Brown Sugar Smokies

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2005
Awesome..simply awesome. This is how I did them -I lined a cookie sheet w/ alum. foil (a necessity!). Then, I put these on a bamboo skewer (not soaked in water..i'm too lazy), about 7 to a skewer. Then just put sugar on and baked at 350 deg. for about 40 minutes..then turned them and baked about another 10 minutes. Yummy!

Excellent! I took others advice and doubled the topping mix - glad I did because it's very good. I also used 5 big fresh peaches and baked in a 9" x 13" glass pan for 25 minutes.

This sounded better than it turned out. Like someone else said, it made a HUGE quantity. It tasted good on the first day; the next day it looked so awful I ended up pitching it.
