Not very good. This should be called "Carol's Swiss Cheese Salad". The cheese overwhelms everything else. In fact, there's such little chicken, you can't even taste it. IMO, any type of cheese has no place in a chicken salad. And shouldn't chicken be the main ingredient in a "chicken" salad? This would be much better by reducing or eliminating the cheese altogether and substituting something that complements the other ingredients such as diced radishes, mild diced onions, more celery, or chopped egg.

Szechuan Beef

Good but a little bland. Needs a lot of spices and some additional vegetables (cabage, carrots, etc) to match restaurant-style Szechuan. A good start though.

Buttered Biscuits

Just not a very good biscuit recipe. If you "drop by rounded teaspoons", you'll end up with 60 teaspoon-sized biscuits. Round them by hand instead into small patties. They will double in size when baked.

Not a very good recipe. Too much of a kid's meal. A lot like a pot pie, but with silly saltine crackers. Will work better by simply excluding the crackers. Bread crumbs may work well, but this recipe begs for a pie crust.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Excellent recipe and very easy. Add a few vegetables half-way and it will be perfect! Can also be easily converted to a stew by simply adding water!

This recipe needs some spicing up. It's a bit bland and takes a long time for the results. Too many green peppers. They overwhelm the dish. What "medium" sized skillet is going to hold this thing. A large pot is necessary.

Excellent Cuban recipe. The only change to make it authentic is not to blend the vegetables. Leave them in 1" strips. Also, you'll want to add frozen peas. One tip: serve in the sauce. Do not drain it. Allow everyone to serve themselves so they can get as much sauce as they want.
