Fabulous recipe! Incredibly simple to make and so delicious! I served it with pita chips and crudites. My guests loved it and almost everyone asked for the recipe!

Candy Cane Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2010
Used 1 1/4 chunky chips. Probably could have used more or maybe small chips would be better to distribute chocolate better. Used 1/4C white sugar & 1/4C light brown sugar to make cookies softer. Didn't have peppermint extract - I think it would have helped to add flavor. Baked on Silpat mat to avoid sticking. Cookies tended to stick a bit to the spatula when removing. Need to continually clean end of spatula. Overall, a good way to use up those candy canes from the tree! Maybe with the added mint extract and mini chips I'd give this 5 stars....

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2013
Outstanding! Just like the bakery muffins! I add 1tsp vanilla and make them in standard sized muffin tins. I've also cut back a little on the oil with great results. If you don't have access to fresh blueberries, frozen works well too.

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
Used 6 loin chops, 2 small/med onions, added several dashes of liquid smoke, mixed 1/2 (large) bullion cube with the 1 C water. Didn't cook the liquid down too much. Added Wondra to thicken just a bit. Very good, although the meat wasn't quite as tender as I had expected.

Easy to Remember Pie Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2009
An easy crust to make. Very flaky and tasty but, after sitting on a napkin, the crust left quite a bit of grease behind. As another reviewer suggested, I added 1/3-1/2 Cup flour to reduce moisture/stickiness. Also, I would add a bit of salt next time.

Angel Hair Pasta Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
A quick and easy meal! I used fresh broccoli & carrots and about a TBSP of fresh basil. I also finished cooking the pasta in the pan, tossed with the rest of the ingredients so the pasta would have more flavor. This required me to add extra chicken broth in order to keep the dish moist. Very yummy!

This is one of my go to crowd pleasing appetizers. I've been making this for years but with MAPLE bacon. I give it 5 stars with the maple bacon!

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
Great recipe! Easy and delicious! I used McCormick's Montreal Chicken Seasoning on the chops, a bottle of Sam Adams and Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce. I simmered the chops uncovered for the last 20 minutes to thicken the sauce and served w/rice. Everyone loved it!
