I'm a rather down-to-earth kind of girl and prefer cooking for someone else. Very VERY picky. I'm a perfectionist, and love to hear people say they enjoyed what i've cooked. Half the time i don't even like what i've cooked, and don't eat it. That's usually for someone else.
I'm a friendly person, and love any kind of criticism (though it usually depresses me) and adore it when i see the smile on my friend's faces when they eat something i've cooked just for them.
My favorite things to cook
All in all, i like any kind of cooking, since they're all fun and challenging to make in one way or another. What i make the most though is desserts, and i think i'm best with them.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite cooking tradition would be a Salvadorian sandwich called "Pan con pollo" which is usually eaten on Christmas or some other Christian holiday.
My cooking triumphs
A deliciously soft strawberry short cake for my mother on mother's day. Everyone who ate it enjoyed it very much.
My cooking tragedies
An attempt to recreate the strawberry mother's day cake on New Year failed terribly. Afterwards i lost a motivation to cook anything, but regained a few months later.
