Absolutely fantastic! I remember my mother making caramel corn when I was a child and she lost the recipe a long time ago and once I found this I was pretty sure I'd found the long lost recipe, and when I tasted it I knew I had. The biggest problem is finding enough cooking dishes to accomidate all of it (I used 2 large deep casserole dishes). 5 stars. Delicious!
