Shrimp Francesca

Very easy & VERY delicious! The one thing I cannot stress MORE is to use UNCOOKED shrimp. We made it w/ cooked shrimp the first time and it was NASTY! :)

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

very unimpressed with this cookie. its very "cake-like" like another person posted. it was very bland to me the only thing it had going for it was the chocolate chips.

Artichoke Bruschetta

LOVED this bruschetta! i encourage to FINELY FINELY chop the onions because otherwise they get very overwhelming fast! otherwise great recipe mm mm good!

i dont know WHAT went wrong when i made these but the ends came out super hard and crunchy, my boyfriend said we shouldve buttered the outside before putting them in the oven BUT i would say going to cupcake tin way is MUCH better in the future i am going to be doing it that way. I enjoyed the filling a lot though :) very good just crunchy outside layer was not so nice :)

Easy Mini Quiches

Florentine Artichoke Dip

VERY delicious but VERY rich, I used regular cream cheese but if you don't want the dip as rich use light cream cheese i'm sure that will make a HUGE difference!

Teriyaki Onion Burgers

This is a very simple, easy in a rush to make burgers. We were looking for something to spice up regular burgers and this was it for sure! We used a foreman grill to cook the burgers it burned a little bit but not too bad. I will def be making this again.

Ghirardelli® Peppermint Brownies

I made these brownies for christmas at my boyfriends parents house. I followed the directions to a T, I baked the brownies MAYBE 10 hours before we had dinner and they were ROCK SOLID. Only some of the brownies in the middle of the pan were SEMI soft. I greased the pan and it was so hard it stuck to the pan. I felt the melting of the chocolate was perfect and creamy but when you bite into it it was ROCK SOLID. Overall I wouldn't make this recipe again, I am easy to please and this recipe let me down. The taste was good nothing special, but was embarrassment for presentation.

Salmon Rosemary Burgers

these burgers are AWESOME couple things i changed. I didnt use rosemary not my thing instead i used a garlic/onion powder seasoning, used egg beaters & we used a george foreman grill to get rid of some of the excess fats! i LOVED it it was amazing, also no horseradish but we made a lo fat mayo & bbq mix to put on the buns

Baked Pesto Chicken

I enjoyed it a lot! i used thin slices of chicken breast i believe that helps w/ all the reviews saying it was to "dry". i didnt marinate it though just stuck it in right after putting the pesto on it :)
