Broccoli-Chicken Cups

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
These were good. I gave it 4 stars though because I had to add a few things. I made two chicken breasts in the crock pot, then shredded them. I added the mushroom soup to the chicken and realized I needed more soup, so I had to add cream of chicken since I only had one can of mushroom. Then added the broccoli, realizing I needed some milk. Didn't measure, just eyeballed it until the consistency was right. I also added Paula Dean's seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder) since some reviews said it lacked in flavor. Turned out perfectly seasoned--this seasoning is always my go-to. This amount filled 12 jumbo-sized muffin cups. Will make again, probably with 2 cans cream of chicken, no milk.

Amazing Crusted Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2011
My family liked this recipe. The chicken was really moist and I liked using the mayo, although I only used about 2 tablespoons. I didn't have the french fried onions or sesame seeds so didn't include those.

Delicious Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
My family enjoyed this and it was easy to make. My picky daughter ate her whole helping and requested it again next week! I added one more cup of rice and didn't use butter. To me it was a little bland, so next time I will probably add a can of broccoli cheese soup like other reviewers. After tasting this, that seems like it would be a good addition. I will make this again with that change! :)

Cheesy Italian Tortellini

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
Even though I didn't have all the ingredients, it still turned out terrific! The whole family loved it and I added it to our "Family Favorites" file! Note: I didn't use mushrooms or the tomatoes because I didn't have those on hand, so I'm sure it would taste even better with them. Also, I used two cups of an italian cheese blend in place of the cheddar and mozarella.

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2011
The whole family really enjoyed this! I made the recipe using 6 servings of rice and cream of celery soup instead of mushroom just because of our preferences. This is going in our family favorite file!

Amish Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2010
This is a great summer picnic/potluck salad--it makes A LOT. However, I gave it 4 stars because I thought it was too sweet. Definitely cut back on the sugar a little and it will be perfect!

I first made these for a family car trip to Colorado this past summer. So delicious! The perfect picnic cookie! They stayed good in tupperware our entire week long trip--nice and soft. I will be making these this Christmas for friends and family.

Easy Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2010
This is the BEST tuna casserole ever! I have tried many different tuna casseroles and didn't really care for them--I was beginning to wonder why people loved tuna casserole so much! I finally came across this one and decided to try it--so good! We cook this at least once a month.

Mexican White Cheese Dip/Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2010
My husband liked this, but I didn't really care for it. I think it had kind of a smoky flavor to it. I have had other white cheese dips at restaurants that I like a lot better.

My family and I love this recipe. I make it every Christmas and usually one other time during the year. I follow the recipe exactly, except I use sage sausage.

Gooey Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2010
I had to give these 5 stars because they are good and so easy to make. I did chill the dough for about 30 minutes, but it probably wasn't necessary because after you roll them in powdered sugar they are easy to handle. My oven baked them perfectly at 11 minutes. I will be adding this recipe to my other Christmas cookies!
